Building a strong core is key to maintaining spinal health and gaining greater control over all aspects of your physical practice, including arm balances and inversions. Students will also learn the use of bandhas (energy centers) and mind-body connection to enhance their practice. Join for all four weeks to build your strongest core or on a drop-in basis.
